How to Return your Order

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Petributes and, if you are not, you can return it to us for replacement or a full refund.

If you are a retail customer it is your statutory right to return any product bought online for any reason up to 14 days from receipt. This is called the “cooling off period”. The only exceptions to this are if the product has been personalised or if it has been used or altered after receipt. If your product is faulty you can return the product outside this time frame and we will replace or refund it as you request.

All returns of Petributes products within the UK are free of charge. All you need to do is complete the form below and we will start the process for you. You can choose to return your item, for a full refund, or have it replaced. Please note that if you complete the form outside office hours we will respond as soon as possible next working day.

You have a choice of how you would like to return your item.

• We can arrange a pickup by our courier from your nominated address. If you choose this option we will call you to arrange a convenient date and find out where to collect it from.
• If it is more convenient for you, you can choose to take the item to one of our courier’s dropoff locations. You can find the nearest one on their website HERE. If you choose this option we will email a returns label for you to print and attach to the parcel.
