What is your returns policy?

You can find full details of our Returns Policy here, but your statutory rights are that you can return any product bought online for any reason within 14 days of receiving it*. Any product that is faulty can be returned outside of this time-frame for replacement or refund even if it has been personalised or used.

You can begin a returns request here. You will be asked if you’d like a replacement or refund, and if you would prefer to return your item by courier collection or dropoff at a location convenient to you.

We action all returns requests as soon as possible on the first working day after we receive them. Please be aware that you may not get an immediate response if you submit a returns request outside our normal opening times, or on Fridays after 3pm.
