Listening to our customers is important to us. Recently we asked for your opinions about our Memory Capsule, which is currently supplied with each of our cast dog urns. With a drive to become more eco-conscious and produce less waste, we really appreciated all of your responses and as a direct result of your feedback, we are making some changes to our range.
What changes are we undertaking?
The overwhelming majority of our customers explained that they have no use for the memory capsule. As a result we have taken the decision to order stock without this item fitted as standard. This means, over the next few months, we’ll be using up our current stock levels. After this you will receive our figurine urns with just our standard screw cap. We are hoping this change will help us achieve our eco targets, and support your business in reaching any environmental goals of your own.

“I still use the Memory Capsule. What do I do?”
If you do use the Memory capsule, don’t worry. We have good stocks of capsules available, which have already been manufactured. You can request these Memory Capsules free of charge. We understand that you may want to offer the Memory Capsule’s particularly if you are supplying to a family who already has another urn which as one, or you just want to continue offering the same product in every aspect. Our steps to stop supplying Memory Capsules are standard are simply to ensure that they are put to good use and not thrown away.
