Our delivery service is fast and free of charge for retail customers*. We make every effort to despatch orders placed on working days the same day, and they are usually delivered the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed. If you place your order out of working hours, it will be despatched on the next working day and delivery would be expected the next working day after that.
You will receive updates from our couriers by email and, if you have provided a mobile telephone number at checkout, by SMS text message. Links in the messages let you change the delivery date or location if needed. You can also manage your deliveries via our courier’s mobile app which you can download from their website here, or on your app store.
