We feel so lucky to have such wonderful customers and we wanted to find a way to show just how much you’re appreciated.
When Petributes began back in 1994, all our customer orders were written down in a big red book. As time went by the books were replaced by computer records, but the red books are still here and are very precious to us, as a record of where we started and the fantastic customers who have been with us since the very beginning. We can look back and remember some well-loved names and amazing characters, some who are sadly no longer with us. These well-thumbed and treasured books are a permanent reminder and link to our business roots.
We’re very proud to say that many of our customers have been with us since “day one” and we value the special relationships we have built with all our customers, large and small, old and new.
To show our appreciation we have begun to send surprise thank you parcels to mark major milestones in our relationships. For new customers, we celebrate their first year as a Petributes customer, which often coincides with their first anniversary in business.
For our long-standing customers, we’ll be celebrating 5 years, 10 years and so on of working together, so if you haven’t yet had a thank you parcel from us don’t be sad, your parcel will be coming! We’re sorry if we’ve missed any of your important milestones, but we had to begin somewhere!
We love to promote local produce and, in the past, we’ve sent Sussex honey, jam, wines and beers as presents to our customers. For these special celebrations, we are delighted to present you with delicious local Sussex sparkling wine in a personalised wine box engraved by our fantastic engraving team. Bolney Bubbly hails from the award-winning Bolney Wine Estate which has its home in the beautiful Sussex countryside not far from us.
Another way we are celebrating relationships with our customers is with a series of case-studies, or customer stories, that promote your company and highlight the ways we work with you to support your business. These customer stories will be released as PR articles and will feature on our website with signposting from our social media accounts. We have started with two of our recent customers and will be continuing with other customers. You can read the first of these on our website now.
