You do not have to register to shop with us, but there are lots of benefits to registering - and it's quick and easy.

• Track the progress of new orders, see previous orders and download your invoices.
• Add and edit your billing and shipping address book.
• Create lovely online memorials to your pets that you can share with friends and family
• Subscribe to our newsletter to hear about new products and services and receive special member-only benefits.

Your account will be activated immediately, so you can order straight away. However, if you are applying for a charity or trade account, additional checks will need be made before we can approve your account and this may take some extra time. We will process your application as quickly as possible and you will be advised by email when this has been done.

CHARITIES

If you represent a charity or animal welfare organisation you can also get special discounts to help you raise funds and we will list you in our animal welfare directory.

TRADE CUSTOMERS

If you are a trade customer you can access trade-only products, features to help speed up ordering, and downloadable product photos and leaflets to help with your marketing. Your company will be listed in our stockists' directory to help our visitors find your services.
