We offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses* with most orders delivered next-working-day. We track all trade orders from despatch to delivery to give you peace of mind. Quotes for shipping to other areas are available on request and we can offer palletized deliveries where needed.

Support for your business
Professional studio photos of our products are available to you free of charge as a trade purchaser. You can use these on your own websites and in marketing literature. We also supply downloadable leaflets, point of sale materials and product instructions as well as other trade benefits.
Our website features a map-based stockists directory so our visitors can find pet crematoria or memorial retailers near their location. All our trade customers have the option to be featured on this map free of charge.
Bespoke product development
We can offer a full design-to-production service to wholesale customers for bespoke products. We work closely with you to create bespoke urns to your exact requirements, or we can produce branded versions of our standard products.
Added value services
Many of our products can be personalised with engraving, enabling you to offer your customers the added value of a truly unique and personal urn for their pet. Our online design tool, with many preset templates, offers a fast and easy way to set up the engravings required. Your customers can even create their own engraving designs on our website and email them to you to place their order.
Our skilled and experienced team of engravers undertake all engraving in-house, so there is always someone you can call on for help and advice. Personalised urns, keepsakes and plaques are usually despatched same day.
Charities and Animal Welfare organisations
We offer a special Charity Account for pet and animal related charities and welfare organisations such as breed associations, rescues and others. This account type offers discounts on some of our range to enable groups to fund-raise by selling to their members and supporters, retaining profits for their valuable welfare work. Charity customers are included into our searchable Welfare organisations directory. We also help with free product photos and other marketing resources to help with promotion and we love to share your social media posts and events.
To register for a Charity account, go to the registration page and complete the form, selecting “Charity” as the account type before submitting your application. Be sure to wait for an email from us, confirming that your Charity account status has been approved, before placing your first order to ensure you receive the benefits of your account. If you accidentally register without selecting the right account type, contact us to ask us to convert your account. You will need to provide us with some additional information which you can find by selecting “Charity” on the registration page, the additional question fields will automatically appear.
