What is your returns policy?

You can return any product bought online for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Any product that is faulty can be returned outside of this time-frame for replacement or refund. We want you to be delighted with any item you purchase from us, so please contact us if there is anything about our products or service that you are unhappy with.

What if my goods are faulty?

We want you to be delighted by your Petributes urn. If you receive any Petributes product that is faulty, even one that has been personalised, you can return it to us free of charge for replacement or a full refund.

My order is urgent – can you help?

Our regular delivery service is free of charge* and is very prompt. Although we can’t guarantee it, we make every effort to despatch orders placed on working days the same day, and they are usually delivered the next working day. If you place your order out of hours, it will be despatched on the next working day and delivery would be expected the next working day after that.

Can I specify a delivery date for my urn?

It is not possible to choose your delivery day at checkout, but you will be able to change delivery date after your order has been despatched. Most orders are delivered on the first working day following despatch.

What if I change my mind?

The choice of an urn, keepsake or memorial is an important one, and we want you to have the perfect memorial for your pet. You have the right to return any product you have purchased from us within 14 days of receiving it with no questions asked.
