What if my goods are faulty?

We want you to be delighted by your Petributes urn. If you receive any Petributes product that is faulty, even one that has been personalised, you can return it to us free of charge for replacement or a full refund.

There is also a Returns link in the email we sent you confirming that your order has been completed. Clicking the link will take you to our Returns page and will start the returns process and your choice of replacement or refund to be actioned.
