What if my goods are faulty?

We want you to be delighted by your Petributes urn. If you receive any Petributes product that is faulty, even one that has been personalised, you can return it to us free of charge for replacement or a full refund.

There is a Returns link in the email we sent you confirming that your order has been despatched. Click the link which will take you through the returns process for your urn to be collected by our courier and your replacement or refund to be actioned.
