Stokenchurch Dog Rescue was formerly known as The High Wycombe & District Dog Rescue and Welfare Society. It was set up by local residents in 1963 to save the lives of stray, abandoned and unwanted dogs, as well as those impounded by the police. Since then we have successfully re-homed thousands of dogs and are well known for our non-destruct policy.
