Managing Director

Hello!

I am Adam Masters and have been working with Tributes for 10 years. I have been Managing Director since May 2019 and my role is to oversee the business strategy and ensure we have the best team who are all dedicated to deliver excellent customer service and quality products. I have been very fortunate during my time at Tributes to get to know many of our customers and I understand the importance of the vital services they provide to support families who have lost a loved one or a pet.

I have always been keen on sports and during my youth enjoyed playing football every weekend. Now I am “officially” middle aged, my sporting activity consists of village cricket on a Saturday afternoon which is kinder on the knees!! A sense of community and team is extremely important to me and it is something I also try to instil into Tributes.

My main passion is supporting Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club. I am a season ticket holder with my two eldest children, and we go to every home game to cheer the team on.

I am blessed to have an amazing family. I am very lucky to have an extraordinary wife and very privileged to have 6 children, Olivia, James, Dominic, Benjamin, Robyn and Toby. We lost our Baby Benjamin when he was 10 months old due to freak accident, but I am very proud that he went on to save the lives of others through organ donation. Coping with the loss of a child is such a taboo subject that is very hard to talk about, but I feel it is important to share your experience to help give some strength to others. All of my children keep me extremely busy and bring such joy to my life and the time I spend with them is priceless.
