Customer Care

I joined Petributes in January 2023 as a member of the Customer Care team. My role includes answering phone calls, receiving orders and, most importantly, making tea when Christian isn’t available! Before I joined Petributes, I worked in sales in the construction industry.

So far, since joining, I have enjoyed working in a positive office environment with my team. Everyone at Petributes is helpful and we all work well together – the communication between staff is excellent. I’m looking forward to learning the pet side of the business and experiencing working in our warehouses.

Outside of work, I love live music and I attend many gigs and festivals. I recently took up running and enjoy it very much. Another of my loves is the south coast; I love to walk the coastline and go kayaking!
